Cool Mint Tzatziki Dip
To create this seven layer dip, start out by spreading 3 cans of bean dip in the bottom of your dish using a spatula until it is fairly smooth. Next, in a separate bowl, combine 16 oz of guacamole with 2 servings of Daily Lift™ Cool Mint supplement. Once the Daily Lift™ is completely mixed into the guacamole, gently spread the mixture over the bean layer. Be careful not to mix the 2 layers together so that you start creating the look of your 7 layer dip. For the next layer, in a separate bowl, mix together 1 packet of taco seasoning, 1 1/2 cups mayo and 1 1/2 cups sour cream until everything is well blended. Then gently spread the mayo/sour cream mixture over the guacamole layer. Again, be careful not to mix the 2 layers together. For the 4th layer, sprinkle on your sliced black olives. To create the 5th layer, finely dice your grape tomatoes and sprinkle them over the black olives. For the 6th layer, sprinkle 8 oz of shredded Colby jack cheese over your tomato layer. For the final layer, chop some fresh cilantro and jalapenos and sprinkle them on top of the cheese layer.
Mixed Berry Shake
Chopped Apple Salad with Berry-Pomegranate Vinaigrette
First of all, you need to core and dice all 6 of your apples into 1/2" cubes. You also need to thinly slice 2 heads of endive and 2 cups of baby spinach.
Then you combine the apples, endive, baby spinach, 1 cup walnuts and 2–3 cups blue cheese in a large bowl and set aside.
In your Daily Lift™ Shaker Cup, combine 3/4 cup dressing with 2 servings of Daily Lift™ Mixed Berry supplement.
Make sure to put the lid on good and tight and give it a good shake so the Daily Lift™ supplement completely dissolves. Then add the vinaigrette slowly to the salad mixture until the amount of desired dressing is added. Toss the salad to coat, and then season with salt and pepper, to taste. Makes 8 servings.
